The cost of a single width booth is $600 up to August 1, 2020.
From August 2, 2020 through September 1, 2020 a single width booth is $650
After September 1,2020 a single width booth is $700.
An "Exhibitor Lite" ticket must be purchased for additional individuals at booth not requiring a lunch ticket. This ticket is $30 and give access to the morning refreshments.
This cost includes registration & one lunch ticket
Additional lunch tickets may be purchased in advance for $100 up to August 1, 2020.
From August 2, 2020 through September 1, 2020 tickets are $125 per person.
After September 1,2020, tickets are $170 per person.
Online registration will close at 4pm on October 23, 2020.
No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after October 23, 2020.

SETUP TIMES: Set up times are as follows: 4:00pm to 6:00pm on the evening prior to the event - 7:30am - 9:00am on the morning of the event. We would strongly suggest that you take advantage of the “night before” set up time, just in case you encounter unanticipated problems.
TEARDOWN: We ask that the exhibitors stay set up until 12:15 when we break for lunch. The exhibitor room will not be monitored during lunch.
EQUIPMENT PROVIDED: We provide you with a single wide booth which consists of a 8ft. table and 2 chairs. Nothing can be hung from the walls. Please keep the size of the booth in mind as you plan for your exhibit. When you respond please include the dimensions of your display.
