  • The cost of a single width booth is $550
  • An "Exhibitor Lite" ticket must be purchased for additional individuals at booth not requiring a lunch ticket.  This ticket is $25 and give access to the morning refreshments.
  • This cost includes registration & one lunch ticket
  • Additional lunch tickets may be purchased in advance for $90 up to Sept 1, 2018
  • From Sept 2 through Sept 30, 2018, tickets are $110 per person.
  • After Sept 30, 2018 and at the door, tickets are $150 per person.
  • Online registration will close at 4pm on Oct 8, 2018.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after Oct 8, 2018.
  • Tickets purchased at the door are $150 (cash or check only)
  • Electricity available for an additional $65
  • Exhibitors are given the opportunity to choose their booth location


SETUP TIMES: Set up times are as follows: 4:00pm to 7:00pm on the evening prior to the event - 7:30am - 9:00am on the morning of the event.  We would strongly suggest that you take advantage of the “night before” set up time, just in case you encounter unanticipated problems.

TEARDOWN: We ask that the exhibitors stay set up until 12:15 when we break for lunch. The exhibitor room will not be monitored during lunch.

EQUIPMENT PROVIDED: We provide you with a single wide booth which consists of a 8ft. table and 2 chairs. Nothing can be hung from the walls. Please keep the size of the booth in mind as you plan for your exhibit. When you respond please include the dimensions of your display.

PRIZES: We have yet to determine when door prizes winners will be announced.  If you are giving away a prize, please pull the winner card by 11:30 and attach it to your prize. Also please attach a card for your organization and mark it exhibitor. We will be around to your booths by 11:30 to pick up your door prize.
